When you sign up for the “Pay Membership” and go into your account on your phone or computer to see when it expires, credit card you used, type of auto renewal, etc. , it’s not available to you. You have to contact the company to find that out. I can find out all these information from all other Memberships I have from other companies. They probably don’t want you to know so you may forget and be charged. Other requests from other Canary owners, is to be able to delete videos more than one at a time. The Company’s response, the videos will delete automatically after 24 hrs or 30 days depending on your membership. The concerns are not the customers. Because of the service, I purchase Arlo Security Cameras. So happy.

This DIY home Security product’s name doesn’t exactly roll off the tongue and neither does the cam’s list of features. Yes, there are that many of them! The wireless 2 megapixel IP camera has pan, tilt and zoom, as well as quad video streaming and even a microSD card slot.
